Were Israelis Detained on Sept. 11 Spies?
M illions saw the horrific images of the World Trade Center attacks, and those who saw them won't forget them. But a New Jersey homemaker saw something that morning that prompted an investigation into five young Israelis and their possible connection to Israeli intelligence.

Maria, who asked us not to use her last name, had a view of the World Trade Center from her New Jersey apartment building. She remembers a neighbor calling her shortly after the first plane hit the towers.
She grabbed her binoculars and watched the destruction unfolding in lower Manhattan. But as she watched the disaster, something else caught her eye.Maria says she saw three young men kneeling on the roof of a white van in the parking lot of her apartment building. "They seemed to be taking a movie," Maria said.

The men were taking video or photos of themselves with the World Trade Center burning in the background, she said. What struck Maria were the expressions on the men's faces. "They were like happy, you know … They didn't look shocked to me. I thought it was very strange," she said.
She found the behavior so suspicious that she wrote down the license plate number of the van and called the police. Before long, the FBI was also on the scene, and a statewide bulletin was issued on the van.
The plate number was traced to a van owned by a company called Urban Moving. Around 4 p.m. on Sept. 11, the van was spotted on a service road off Route 3, near New Jersey's Giants Stadium. A police officer pulled the van over, finding five men, between 22 and 27 years old, in the vehicle. The men were taken out of the van at gunpoint and handcuffed by police.

The arresting officers said they saw a lot that aroused their suspicion about the men. One of the passengers had $4,700 in cash hidden in his sock. Another was carrying two foreign passports. A box cutter was found in the van. But perhaps the biggest surprise for the officers came when the five men identified themselves as Israeli citizens.
According to the police report, one of the passengers told the officers they had been on the West Side Highway in Manhattan "during the incident" — referring to the World Trade Center attack. The driver of the van, Sivan Kurzberg, told the officers, "We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem." The other passengers were his brother Paul Kurzberg, Yaron Shmuel, Oded Ellner and Omer Marmari. When the men were transferred to jail, the case was transferred out of the FBI's Criminal Division, and into the bureau's Foreign Counterintelligence Section, which is responsible for espionage cases, ABCNEWS has learned. One reason for the shift, sources told ABCNEWS, was that the FBI believed Urban Moving may have been providing cover for an Israeli intelligence operation.
After the five men were arrested, the FBI got a warrant and searched Urban Moving's Weehawken, N.J., offices. The FBI searched Urban Moving's offices for several hours, removing boxes of documents and a dozen computer hard drives. The FBI also questioned Urban Moving's owner. His attorney insists that his client answered all of the FBI's questions. But when FBI agents tried to interview him again a few days later, he was gone. Three months later 2020's cameras photographed the inside of Urban Moving, and it looked as if the business had been shut down in a big hurry. Cell phones were lying around; office phones were still connected; and the property of dozens of clients remained in the warehouse.The owner had also cleared out of his New Jersey home, put it up for sale and returned with his family to Israel.
Steven Gordon, the attorney for the five Israeli detainees, acknowledged that his clients' actions on Sept. 11 would easily have aroused suspicions. "You got a group of guys that are taking pictures, on top of a roof, of the World Trade Center. They're speaking in a foreign language. They got two passports on 'em. One's got a wad of cash on him, and they got box cutters. Now that's a scary situation."
But Gordon insisted that his clients were just five young men who had come to America for a vacation, ended up working for a moving company, and were taking pictures of the event.

The five Israelis were held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, ostensibly for overstaying their tourist visas and working in the United States illegally. Two weeks after their arrest, an immigration judge ordered them to be deported. But sources told ABCNEWS that FBI and CIA officials in Washington put a hold on the case.

The five men were held in detention for more than two months. Some of them were placed in solitary confinement for 40 days, and some of them were given as many as seven lie-detector tests.

Since their arrest, plenty of speculation has swirled about the case, and what the five men were doing that morning. Eventually, The Forward, a respected Jewish newspaper in New York, reported the FBI concluded that two of the men were Israeli intelligence operatives.
Vince Cannistraro, a former chief of operations for counterterrorism with the CIA who is now a consultant for ABCNEWS, said federal authorities' interest in the case was heightened when some of the men's names were found in a search of a national intelligence database.
According to Cannistraro, many people in the U.S. intelligence community believed that some of the men arrested were working for Israeli intelligence. Cannistraro said there was speculation as to whether Urban Moving had been "set up or exploited for the purpose of launching an intelligence operation against radical Islamists in the area, particularly in the New Jersey-New York area."

Under this scenario, the alleged spying operation was not aimed against the United States, but at penetrating or monitoring radical fund-raising and support networks in Muslim communities like Paterson, N.J., which was one of the places where several of the hijackers lived in the months prior to Sept. 11.

For the FBI, deciphering the truth from the five Israelis proved to be difficult. One of them, Paul Kurzberg, refused to take a lie-detector test for 10 weeks — then failed it, according to his lawyer. Another of his lawyers told us Kurzberg had been reluctant to take the test because he had once worked for Israeli intelligence in another country.
Sources say the Israelis were targeting these fund-raising networks because they were thought to be channeling money to Hamas and Islamic Jihad, groups that are responsible for most of the suicide bombings in Israel. "[The] Israeli government has been very concerned about the activity of radical Islamic groups in the United States that could be a support apparatus to Hamas and Islamic Jihad," Cannistraro said.
The men denied that they had been working for Israeli intelligence out of the New Jersey moving company, and Ram Horvitz, their Israeli attorney, dismissed the allegations as "stupid and ridiculous."
Mark Regev, the spokesman for the Israeli Embassy in Washington, goes even further, asserting the issue was never even discussed with U.S. officials.
"These five men were not involved in any intelligence operation in the United States, and the American intelligence authorities have never raised this issue with us," Regev said. "The story is simply false."

Despite the denials, sources tell ABCNEWS there is still debate within the FBI over whether or not the young men were spies. Many U.S. government officials still believe that some of them were on a mission for Israeli intelligence. But the FBI told ABCNEWS, "To date, this investigation has not identified anybody who in this country had pre-knowledge of the events of 9/11."

Sources also said that even if the men were spies, there is no evidence to conclude they had advance knowledge of the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11. The investigation, at the end of the day, after all the polygraphs, all of the field work, all the cross-checking, the intelligence work, concluded that they probably did not have advance knowledge of 9/11," Cannistraro noted.
As to what they were doing on the van, they say they read about the attack on the Internet, couldn't see it from their offices and went to the parking lot for a better view. But no one has been able to find a good explanation for why they may have been smiling with the towers of the World Trade Center burning in the background. Both the lawyers for the young men and the Israeli Embassy chalk it up to immature conduct.

According to ABCNEWS sources, Israeli and U.S. government officials worked out a deal — and after 71 days, the five Israelis were taken out of jail, put on a plane, and deported back home.
While the former detainees refused to answer ABCNEWS' questions about their detention and what they were doing on Sept. 11, several of the detainees discussed their experience in America on an Israeli talk show after their return home.
Said one of the men, denying that they were laughing or happy on the morning of Sept. 11, "The fact of the matter is we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily. Our purpose was to document the event."

Were they part of a massive spy ring which shadowed the 9/11 hijackers and knew that al-Qaeda planned a devastating terrorist attack on the USA?
THERE WAS ruin and terror in Manhattan, but, over the Hudson River in New Jersey, a handful of men were dancing. As the World Trade Centre burned and crumpled, the five men celebrated and filmed the worst atrocity ever committed on American soil as it played out before their eyes.
Who do you think they were? Palestinians? Saudis? Iraqis, even? Al-Qaeda, surely? Wrong on all counts. They were Israelis - and at least two of them were Israeli intelligence agents, working for Mossad, the equivalent of MI6 or the CIA.
Their discovery and arrest that morning is a matter of indisputable fact. To those who have investigated just what the Israelis were up to that day, the case raises one dreadful possibility: that Israeli intelligence had been shadowing the al-Qaeda hijackers as they moved from the Middle East through Europe and into America where they trained as pilots and prepared to suicide-bomb the symbolic heart of the United States. And the motive? To bind America in blood and mutual suffering to the Israeli cause.
After the attacks on New York and Washington, the former Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, was asked what the terrorist strikes would mean for US-Israeli relations. He said: "It's very good." Then he corrected himself, adding: "Well, it's not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy for Israel from Americans."
If Israel's closest ally felt the collective pain of mass civilian deaths at the hands of terrorists, then Israel would have an unbreakable bond with the world's only hyperpower and an effective free hand in dealing with the Palestinian terrorists who had been murdering its innocent civilians as the second intifada dragged on throughout 2001.
It's not surprising that the New Jersey housewife who first spotted the five Israelis and their white van wants to preserve her anonymity. She's insisted that she only be identified as Maria. A neighbour in her apartment building had called her just after the first strike on the Twin Towers. Maria grabbed a pair of binoculars and, like millions across the world, she watched the horror of the day unfold.
As she gazed at the burning towers, she noticed a group of men kneeling on the roof of a white van in her parking lot. Here's her recollection: "They seemed to be taking a movie. They were like happy, you know ... they didn't look shocked to me. I thought it was strange."
Maria jotted down the van's registration and called the police. The FBI was alerted and soon there was a statewide all points bulletin put out for the apprehension of the van and its occupants. The cops traced the number, establishing that it belonged to a company called Urban Moving.
Police Chief John Schmidig said: "We got an alert to be on the lookout for a white Chevrolet van with New Jersey registration and writing on the side. Three individuals were seen celebrating in Liberty State Park after the impact. They said three people were jumping up and down."
By 4pm on the afternoon of September 11, the van was spotted near New Jersey's Giants stadium. A squad car pulled it over and inside were five men in their 20s. They were hustled out of the car with guns levelled at their heads and handcuffed.
In the car was $4700 in cash, a couple of foreign passports and a pair of box cutters - the concealed Stanley Knife-type blades used by the 19 hijackers who'd flown jetliners into the World Trade Centre and Pentagon just hours before. There were also fresh pictures of the men standing with the smouldering wreckage of the Twin Towers in the background. One image showed a hand flicking a lighter in front of the devastated buildings, like a fan at a pop concert. The driver of the van then told the arresting officers: "We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem."
His name was Sivan Kurzberg. The other four passengers were Kurzberg's brother Paul, Yaron Shmuel, Oded Ellner and Omer Marmari. The men were dragged off to prison and transferred out of the custody of the FBI's Criminal Division and into the hands of their Foreign Counterintelligence Section - the bureau's anti-espionage squad.
A warrant was issued for a search of the Urban Moving premises in Weehawken in New Jersey. Boxes of papers and computers were removed. The FBI questioned the firm's Israeli owner, Dominik Otto Suter, but when agents returned to re-interview him a few days later, he was gone. An employee of Urban Moving said his co-workers had laughed about the Manhattan attacks the day they happened. "I was in tears," the man said. "These guys were joking and that bothered me. These guys were like, Now America knows what we go through.'"
Vince Cannistraro, former chief of operations for counter-terrorism with the CIA, says the red flag went up among investigators when it was discovered that some of the Israelis' names were found in a search of the national intelligence database. Cannistraro says many in the US intelligence community believed that some of the Israelis were working for Mossad and there was speculation over whether Urban Moving had been "set up or exploited for the purpose of launching an intelligence operation against radical Islamists".
This makes it clear that there was no suggestion whatsoever from within American intelligence that the Israelis were colluding with the 9/11 hijackers - simply that the possibility remains that they knew the attacks were going to happen, but effectively did nothing to help stop them.
After the owner vanished, the offices of Urban Moving looked as if they'd been closed down in a big hurry. Mobile phones were littered about, the office phones were still connected and the property of at least a dozen clients were stacked up in the warehouse. The owner had cleared out his family home in New Jersey and returned to Israel.
Two weeks after their arrest, the Israelis were still in detention, held on immigration charges. Then a judge ruled that they should be deported. But the CIA scuppered the deal and the five remained in custody for another two months. Some went into solitary confinement, all underwent two polygraph tests and at least one underwent up to seven lie detector sessions before they were eventually deported at the end of November 2001. Paul Kurzberg refused to take a lie detector test for 10 weeks, but then failed it. His lawyer said he was reluctant to take the test as he had once worked for Israeli intelligence in another country.
Nevertheless, their lawyer, Ram Horvitz, dismissed the allegations as "stupid and ridiculous". Yet US government sources still maintained that the Israelis were collecting information on the fundraising activities of groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Mark Regev, of the Israeli embassy in Washington, would have none of that and he said the allegations were "simply false". The men themselves claimed they'd read about the World Trade Centre attacks on the internet, couldn't see it from their office and went to the parking lot for a better view. Their lawyers and the embassy say their ghoulish and sinister celebrations as the Twin Towers blazed and thousands died were due to youthful foolishness.
The respected New York Jewish newspaper, The Forward, reported in March 2002, however, that it had received a briefing on the case of the five Israelis from a US official who was regularly updated by law enforcement agencies. This is what he told The Forward: "The assessment was that Urban Moving Systems was a front for the Mossad and operatives employed by it." He added that "the conclusion of the FBI was that they were spying on local Arabs", but the men were released because they "did not know anything about 9/11".
Back in Israel, several of the men discussed what happened on an Israeli talk show. One of them made this remarkable comment: "The fact of the matter is we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily. Our purpose was to document the event." But how can you document an event unless you know it is going to happen?
We are now deep in conspiracy theory territory. But there is more than a little circumstantial evidence to show that Mossad - whose motto is "By way of deception, thou shalt do war" - was spying on Arab extremists in the USA and may have known that September 11 was in the offing, yet decided to withhold vital information from their American counterparts which could have prevented the terror attacks.
Following September 11, 2001, more than 60 Israelis were taken into custody under the Patriot Act and immigration laws. One highly placed investigator told Carl Cameron of Fox News that there were "tie-ins" between the Israelis and September 11; the hint was clearly that they'd gathered intelligence on the planned attacks but kept it to themselves.
The Fox News source refused to give details, saying: "Evidence linking these Israelis to 9/11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It's classified information." Fox News is not noted for its condemnation of Israel; it's a ruggedly patriotic news channel owned by Rupert Murdoch and was President Bush's main cheerleader in the war on terror and the invasion of Iraq.
Another group of around 140 Israelis were detained prior to September 11, 2001, in the USA as part of a widespread investigation into a suspected espionage ring run by Israel inside the USA. Government documents refer to the spy ring as an "organised intelligence-gathering operation" designed to "penetrate government facilities". Most of those arrested had served in the Israeli armed forces - but military service is compulsory in Israel. Nevertheless, a number had an intelligence background.
The first glimmerings of an Israeli spying exercise in the USA came to light in spring 2001, when the FBI sent a warning to other federal agencies alerting them to be wary of visitors calling themselves "Israeli art students" and attempting to bypass security at federal buildings in order to sell paintings. A Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) report suggested the Israeli calls "may well be an organised intelligence-gathering activity". Law enforcement documents say that the Israelis "targeted and penetrated military bases" as well as the DEA, FBI and dozens of government facilities, including secret offices and the unlisted private homes of law enforcement and intelligence personnel.
A number of Israelis questioned by the authorities said they were students from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, but Pnina Calpen, a spokeswoman for the Israeli school, did not recognise the names of any Israelis mentioned as studying there in the past 10 years. A federal report into the so-called art students said many had served in intelligence and electronic signal intercept units during their military service.
According to a 61-page report, drafted after an investigation by the DEA and the US immigration service, the Israelis were organised into cells of four to six people. The significance of what the Israelis were doing didn't emerge until after September 11, 2001, when a report by a French intelligence agency noted "according to the FBI, Arab terrorists and suspected terror cells lived in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as in Miami and Hollywood, Florida, from December 2000 to April 2001 in direct proximity to the Israeli spy cells".
The report contended that Mossad agents were spying on Mohammed Atta and Marwan al-Shehi, two of leaders of the 9/11 hijack teams. The pair had settled in Hollywood, Florida, along with three other hijackers, after leaving Hamburg - where another Mossad team was operating close by.
Hollywood in Florida is a town of just 25,000 souls. The French intelligence report says the leader of the Mossad cell in Florida rented apartments "right near the apartment of Atta and al-Shehi". More than a third of the Israeli "art students" claimed residence in Florida. Two other Israelis connected to the art ring showed up in Fort Lauderdale. At one time, eight of the hijackers lived just north of the town.
Put together, the facts do appear to indicate that Israel knew that 9/11, or at least a large-scale terror attack, was about to take place on American soil, but did nothing to warn the USA. But that's not quite true. In August 2001, the Israelis handed over a list of terrorist suspects - on it were the names of four of the September 11 hijackers. Significantly, however, the warning said the terrorists were planning an attack "outside the United States".
The Israeli embassy in Washington has dismissed claims about the spying ring as "simply untrue". The same denials have been issued repeatedly by the five Israelis seen high-fiving each other as the World Trade Centre burned in front of them.
Their lawyer, Ram Horwitz, insisted his clients were not intelligence officers. Irit Stoffer, the Israeli foreign minister, said the allegations were "completely untrue". She said the men were arrested because of "visa violations", adding: "The FBI investigated those cases because of 9/11."
Jim Margolin, an FBI spokesman in New York, implied that the public would never know the truth, saying: "If we found evidence of unauthorised intelligence operations that would be classified material." Yet, Israel has long been known, according to US administration sources, for "conducting the most aggressive espionage operations against the US of any US ally". Seventeen years ago, Jonathan Pollard, a civilian working for the American Navy, was jailed for life for passing secrets to Israel. At first, Israel claimed Pollard was part of a rogue operation, but the government later took responsibility for his work.
It has always been a long-accepted agreement among allies - such as Britain and America or America and Israel - that neither country will jail a "friendly spy" nor shame the allied country for espionage. Chip Berlet, a senior analyst at Boston's Political Research Associates and an expert in intelligence, says: "It's a backdoor agreement between allies that says that if one of your spies gets caught and didn't do too much harm, he goes home. It goes on all the time. The official reason is always visa violation."
What we are left with, then, is fact sullied by innuendo. Certainly, it seems, Israel was spying within the borders of the United States and it is equally certain that the targets were Islamic extremists probably linked to September 11. But did Israel know in advance that the Twin Towers would be hit and the world plunged into a war without end; a war which would give Israel the power to strike its enemies almost without limit? That's a conspiracy theory too far, perhaps. But the unpleasant feeling that, in this age of spin and secrets, we do not know the full and unadulterated truth won't go away. Maybe we can guess, but it's for the history books to discover and decide.

Immediately after the attacks of 911 there were many unsubstantiated reports swirling around who was behind the attacks. There were major news outlets reported the arrest of Israelis who were near the collapse of the World Trade Center.

It all began with Maria. She had grabbed her binoculars to gaze at the towers aflame. She says she looks down to see 5 people dancing and celebrating as they viewed the catastrophe.They were on a white van in some reports. Later this was embellished into absurdity with with descriptions of the 5 men in Arab clothing and holding lighters as if this was a rock concert. She says there were actually dancing. She thought it was strange that they were happy. There were other details like the men high-fiving each other She reported that the van was on her apartment building's parking.They were described as filming it with a video cam/ You can only face the World Trade Center from Liberty State Park. Not her apartment tower parking lot far far away.

Now look at the 2 streetview photos. One is the vantage point facing the deadly scene. The other is the only apartment towers far away. You cant even see a parking lot. Watch the video where Maria shows us the binoculars she used. They are a low power type. Were the Israelis dancing? No!they were like many onlookers that say gesturing wildly at the horror before their very eyes. I myself faced Manhattan from Staten. Island. All the people around me were also excitedly gesturing and expressing abject horror with our arms, hands, face and body movements. One of the 5 Israelis was recording it with a video cam. There were people next to me with video cams as well. Maria was too far away to make out exactly what she saw so she filled in the blanks with assumptions of her own making, How she thought Liberty State Park was her parking lot baffles me. Police Chief John Schmidig supposedly had said: "We got an alert to be on the lookout for a white Chevrolet van with New Jersey registration and writing on the side. Three individuals? Not five?
Whats wrong with jumping up and down excitedly. I know I was.

Maria next reported that she jotted down the vehicle registration in some reports or license in others. You need to be a high resolution satellite to see the registration and Maria'a low power binocs could've hardly gave her the ability to make out the license plates. Remember where Liberty State Park is and where she lived. Watch the video it shows her parking lot not any way is it Liberty State Park. Thats the concrete part if the story as I see it, sketchy as it is.

The plate number was traced to a van owned by a company called Urban Moving. Reports say it was a moving van. Israelis operate many moving companies in New York. There are embellishments saying they were on the George Washington bridge trying to blow it up. These 2 reports have them apprehended near Giants stadium. What made them stand out? Were the police checking license plates on all white vans on that crazy day? Just because people were seen dancing in Liberty State park?? Do you know how many thousands of white vans transverse the tri-states transportation routes??

There were reports of explosives found in the van or trace of explosives. Those were as reliable as the Arab clothing.

During interrogation they revealed themselves as Mossad agents. Would Mossad agents make a spectacle of themselves?? Dancing. They lived in Israel during the bombings and gun battles of the 2nd intifada. They were hard nosed experienced men.

Sources told ABCNEWS, was that the FBI believed Urban Moving may have been providing cover for an Israeli intelligence operation. Now Mossad showing al Qaeda makes sense. There are reports that the van had communications equipment. If the FBI was sitting on their hands before 911 at least the Israelis weren't. It was reported they were driving on the West Side Highway as the attack took place. So HOW did they suddenly teleport to Liberty State Park.

There was one bit of believability "The respected New York Jewish newspaper, The Forward, reported in March 2002, however, that it had received a briefing on the case of the five Israelis from a US official who was regularly updated by law enforcement agencies. Later on 5 men showed up supposedly on a Israeli talk show. That segment is in the video. Were they Sivan Kuzberg, Paul Kurzberg, Yaron Shmuel, Oded Ellner and Omer Marmari? The talk show Mossad guys look more like students. Their most famous quote was
"The fact of the matter is we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily. Our purpose was to document the event." Aha! said those wanting to blame anybody but Atta and friends They knew ahead of time so they placed themselves there waiting for the planes. If you translate the Hebrew correctly it was that since they were already there they documented the event.

Later irresponsible journalists like Neil McKay and Carl Cameron included much hearsay and false reports like the Israeli Art Students penetrating US bases, or showing the 911 hijackers or Israelis trying to penetrate the Mexican Parliament. Mexico has a Congress not a Parliament. Has another of this been followed up in the past decade? Nope. They never happened.

If you wanted to debates issues of the heart like politics or religion you would go to the many forums you find on the internet for that. However by about two years ago the largest forum in the world was recognized as such. That was the comment threads on Youtube. I had gone there for many reasons. But I began to notice Jew hatred emerging in the threads. It was great medium to spread lies, exaggerations, and disinformation to the comments of the videos posted. There was no one to refute lies about Judaism, the Talmud, the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
I had been doing this concentrating on forums where I could confront Jew Haters. First there was Michael Santomauro's hatemongering Reportersnotebook message board. There I found out when you argue your points cooly and logically you disperse the bigots. Not all the bigots but most. Usually they go through stages
of denial, outrage, insults, tantrums before vanishing. That board was closed down for its volation of hate sppech. I next went to Liberty Forum. Bored there I went to Youtube. Its was being ravaged by hatemongers. Like the forums I noticed opposition to the bigots slowly mount. I operated with the same strategy.
One youtube account that was particularly pissed by my arguements was MrJapaneseboy11111. He was the classic Jew hater. He claimed he was an anti-zionist but you could see his comments were hate speech regarding Jews. Other users informed me he was a impersonator? "Whats that" I thought? Its when a user opens an account with a name close to anothers name in order to discredit them and ruin their credibility. Lo and behold there was a MrJapaneseboy1111 who was a Zionist.
This MrJapaneseboy11111 freaked out after a month and tied to bombard me with spam. 115 messages in one night. He trolled every comment I posted. He tried to harass me off of the site. This was an attempt to scare me away. Instead I reported him to youtube with screenshots. In a week he was history, disabled and gone, I thought. A week later he opens an account as KrepIach2 . It was ingenius I admit as it looked exactly like my account Kreplach2. The I and L were identical in fonts used by Youtube. He continued to troll me now as KrepIach througly confusing users and posters, All appeals to YT were never answered. It seems they took a whole creating software to respond to user on user conflict.
It was obvious from his language that the same user has many accounts, all trolling me. There was flummoxed, tinnywhales, as well as FFPaleSWINE (2 accounts in this name) and flumoxed. These extra accounts are called clones. When I created a clone Kreplach3 he just created KrepIach3.
After 4 months we came to a truce. He agreed to use flumoxed only. But it lasted just a month. As he returned to troll, harass and spam me I discovered his main account . It was amagee590. It was Andrew Magee of the Andy Rantz blog. And so the battle went up a notch. I warned everyone debating him if his true identity. You see while Andrew debates he uses error filled "facts" and most times leads people in wild goose chases through the Youtube. Those he dislikes he harasses and insults to this very day. He troll (follows) them hurling invectives. Its apparent he's on his own vitual ethnic cleansing campaign of Jew, Zionists and anyone not a Jew hater. Knowing his expendaIn disgust and desperation I created a video detailing his illegal actions . Me and Andrew Magee, see above. Andrew did as amagee590, flumoxed2, and the Krepiach clones. Youtube couldnt deal with this. 2 more months passed and FINALLY Yotuve introduced its "Safety tool". You could report impersonations and POOF! the krepoachs were gone. For some strange reason Youtube went all politically correct incorrectly deleting my video of him as hate speech. So I created a "Just the facts, ma'm" video called Army of Clones about Andrew Magee. Same reason was given as before. I appealed and somebody actually watched it reversing the decision.
Today Andrew Magee with this dozens of clones hits spam with his multiple accounts in order to hide comments favorable to Israel and the Jews. If you go to the comment swction of my profiles you will see some of his mant clones invented to exact revenge. They are cocosurprise, pinesuprise, dullroarful, triumphful, Mrgreatdefender, Mywill1000, belltop99,

Michel Collon, a Belgian journalist and author,has recounted "10 big lies" spread by Western media in order to "justify the existence and actions of Israel", which are concisely presented below:
Michel Collon is amazingly myopic and ignorant about his own 10 points. here I refute them.
1. The first lie is that Israel was established in reaction to the massacre of Jews during the World War II.
This notion is completely wrong. Israel is in fact a domineering project which was approved in the First Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland, in 1897, when nationalist Jews decided to occupy Palestine.

1.The Zionist Congress in Basel 1897 resolved to set up a Jewish homeland not a Jewish republic in Turkish Lower Syria. A homeland is not a separate Jewish political entity but a haven where Jews can live and worship unmolested.

There are many personalities that roam internet forums. In my wanderings around these forums Ive encountered many types. The forums I frequented had an unusually high number of Jew Haters. They were from a variety of politcal and religious beliefs but the common denominator was the joy of hate. More ancient that the the hatred of anothers skin color is the hatred of the Jews. In cookie cutter medieval Europe the Jews stood out in appearance. They stood out as scapegoats to blame immaturely for every misfortune.They played "whomp-a-mole" with Jews for centuries. But they stood out mostly as being framed for the killers of Jesus Christ. Christians hunted and persecuted the Jews also as competion for the "right religion". That rivalry brought Christianity in conflict with Islam as well. In Muslim lands the Jews were competition for Islam. That earned them oppression and second class status in their caste system.

The worst suffering there could not approach the insulted otrage of the Roman Church and their flocks of iron.

So the groundwork was set for the bigotry of today, Hatemongers on the internet are concerned with facts. Many are confronted by facts they simply dismiss as inconsequential. On many cases they simply not even aware of a a small modicom of historical knowlegde or even reasoning ability. They arent pursuing the truth. They are continually looking for that high. The best way for this gratifucation is a back-slapping interaction. They needed to support Christianity and distance themselves from Judaism. One of the great boogeymen of Jew haters is the Israeli secret service, the Mossad. To give credit to all of white power nuts, klanboys, holocaust deniers, white supremacists, bible belt thumpers and other Aryan type detris as well as Islamists; you would think that Mossad has am iron grip on the world. They dont consider than tiny Israel has tiny resources and in not involved in world subjugation. The Mossad are just very efficient and effective. They HAVE to be.

One of the biggest manufactured exaggerations are the famous dancing Israelis. Now these Israelis were across the harbor from when the planes hit. They were in a van with surveillance equipment. But they werent guiding the planes. 19 Arabs were in those planes. Remember how Arabs in general consider Israel's existence an insult to their honor? No they dont work together on massive attacks.

A woman named Maria lived in an apartment building west of Liberty State Park. She reported men with cameras jumping in an excited fashion. She elaborated they were dancing, holding up lighters and dressed like Arabs. Not too smart for Mossad guys right? Well many people had camcorders that day. Most onlookers jumped around in an excited fashion.They thought they were watching the deaths of 50 thousand people.The police took them into custody. There were reports of explosives found. All that was found were possible traces of explosives. Most reports were erroneous in the hours after the Twin Towers fell; people were edgy and many mistakes were made.

But they were 5 Israelis. They said that since they were there they documented the event. In Hebrew the bad translation resulted in "we were there to document the event" as if they were there as recorders the hijackers conspiracy. They inferred that now "Americans know what its like". Since it was Arab shaheeds attacking America in a more dramatic but similar version of what suicide bombers were doing in Israel, indeed now Americans knew how it felt to be like Israelis.

And so after 911 there was a profusion of documents saying that it was Zionists who were behind the 19 Arabs. Remember how radical Islamists like Mohammed Atta feel about Zionists?

One argument parroted was that Israel benefited from 911. I have yet to hear about these benefits??? What were they? Were they oil pipelines to Haifa from Iraq? No pipelines? That Saddam was eliminated? Saddam's funds to suicide bombers families was negligible. Israel had suicide bombers and gunmen attacking Israelis in the streets; funded by vast amounts of money none traced to Saddam. After Iraq was taken, these attacks still continued another 3 years.

In the end there were no sane reasons for Israel mastermind 911.

They were working on projects for the Lower Manhattan Cultural Arts Program. Why some were Asian is not explained. How theses artists worked with the hijacked planes is not explained. Nothing is explained fully. Whats inferred is a new aspect of 911 to blame on the Jews. The idea that explosives were placed on all along the floors of the WTC to created the demolition pancake effect is one idea gaining some press later. To so confuse, update the hatred and make honest inquiries into 911 look fringe the Jews needed to be blamed. So artists working in the WTC had to be associated with this. The question is often asked; why can't Israel seek peace? The responsibility of seeking peace at one time rested with the Arab nations surrounding Israel. Why can't they accept Israel into the pantheon of accepted states?? Why did they go to such extremes as sending in 5 Arab Armies to wipe out any attempt to create the tiniest sliver of non-Muslim state in 1948? Or why did Egypt, Jordan and Syria attempt this again in 1967??

Each effort was rewarded with a larger non-Muslim entity of Israel. Often the denial, outrage, and anger is expressed as the expression "Zionist entity"; because they cannot face reality and actually say Israel. When Sadat when to Jerusalem in 1977 I remember how unusual it was for him or any Arab to say "Israel"!

In the British Mandate of Palestine there were the Jews and the Arabs. When the UN set up the bi-national state it was to be composed of Jewish and Arab states. Never was there a mention of a nationality called Palestinian. Both Jews and Arab were called Palestinians. After the 1948 war There was Israel, but no Arab State; not even in Arab Palestine. Egypt took Gaza and Transjordan to the West Bank. Since that state was not both sides of the river it was renamed Jordan. After losing the West Bank, for some reason they remain Jordan. They ceded all rights to the Palestinians.

A deliberate policy of blaming the Palestinians (the victims) for their stateless plight and ostracizing them ensued. Even today Palestinians are refused citizenship in countries like Iraq, Lebanon, etc.

This policy was meant to embitter the Palestinians. It was meant to create a hostile population directly on the border with Israel. It was meant to create a gang like oppressed mentality that would be ever restless, self-destructive much like urban gangs in the USA, Russia, Central,and South America. But these gangs parked on Israel's borders were also re-educated much like Mao's China. It was a mix of re-interpreted Islamic fundamentalism or revolutionary socialism as seen through the right-wing supremacist thinking of Arabs; with revived anti-semitic beliefs imported from Europe. Those beliefs were of Nazi origin with still more ancient medieval origins. While educated refugees could see the ruse, the uneducated fodder fell for it BIG TIME! Most Muslims and not Christians were engineered to look to Israel as the scapegoat despite the obvious facts of other Arab states being responsible. This brainwashing of Islamic "Manchurian candidates" continues today in Palestine.

They were slowly transformed into Proxy Fighters for outside Muslim Arab interests or the "Islamic cabal".

But they werent used immediately in a large-scale way. It takes time to create what Hamas is today.

For the first 19 years they were raiders or fedayeen who struck at Israel civilians with massacres and attacks in border areas trying to terrorize Israelis into leaving those areas and eventually Israel. A tactic Hamas STILL USES!! Yasir Arafat was one such fighter for the group he set up called Fatah. Ariel Sharon became famous for retaliation raid set up to discourage these attacks. Like now Gaza in the 1950's was a hotbed of guerrilla attacks. Except then the Egyptians winked at fedayeen attacks and they "administered" Gaza. This calmed down after the Israelis invaded Gaza in 1956 in the Suez War.

Border attacks still continued especially from Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.

The overwhelming victory of the Six Day war followed by the Yom Kippur was stopped much of this. But fedayeen had already transformed themselves for a new campaign of terror. In 1964 Arafat decided the re-christen the Arabs who were formerly called the Arab Palestinians into a new nationality. Ta-da The Palestinians. And today the media, the Arabs, Europeans, and the naive all behave as if Palestine was an ancient nation in the Middle East. It was brilliant move. Not only the invention but the sustained disinformation of Palestinian nationality. By 1974 when Arafat spoke at the UN Palestine as a country waiting for a spot in the globe. Preferably the spot occupied by Israel of course. After the Six Day War Arafat created the Palestine Liberation Organization. It was an umbrella for all organizations that sought to remove Israel from the map.

Their first strike was to create Palestine out of what actually was Palestine before the British gave it to the dynastic rulers of Mecca-Jordan. That was Black September. That failed. The next move in the area was for the PLO to set up a state in Lebanon. That set up a 15 year Lebanese Civil War that transformed the Amal militia into todays Hezbullah and pitted Muslims against Christians there.

But the signal for a new tactic was when PLO terrorists hijacked three airplanes; landed them in Jordan and blew them up before pliant Western media. What followed was an international war to terrorize Europe and Israel. It included an attack on the Olympic village in Munich by a group named Black September resulting in a massacre of athletes. As well as supporting terror by Leftist terrorists in the Entebbe hijacking and the Japanese Red Army massacre of Puerto Rican pilgrims in Lod airport. There were bombings and attacks at airports for the next 15 years. The Israeli airline EL AL became famous for its successful no-nonsense security. Of course the Israelis couldnt attack PLO easily, so they took their frustration on the Palestinians resulting in the 1st intifada. Katyusha rockets fired from Lebanon send Israelis into civil war ravaged Lebanon twice in 1978 and 1982. Does that sound familiar? In 1982 the effort tuned in a major war to destroy the PLO state. And the PLO fled to Tunis discredited.

The setbacks by the Arab Muslims to destroy Israel brough in a new player in 1979. Iran an ally of Israel with no history of antagonism was overthrown by fundamentalist mullahs. They immediately took a prominent role of threatening Israel (They could only say Zionist entity and STILL DO). They set up a Shiite proxy from the Amal called the Hezbullah. So very much like the Sunni PLO the Shia Hezbullah set up a proxy state for Iran in southern Lebanon. When the Israelis left in the early 80's they created a Christian buffer state in Southern Lebanon to protect Northern Israel.

For some reason Prime Minister Barak withdrew support in 2000 creating a 2nd intifada for Palestinians hoping Israel was collapsing and a new brave and closer Hezbullah state. By 2006 the new state attacked Israel and resisted invasion. Only international action pushed the hostile proto-state back from the Israeli border.

Lets go back to the Palestinians. Weary from attacks Israel decided to give in to international calls to negotiate with the increasingly limp PLO. That end in Oslo. Since the PLO was no longer active in destroying

Israel the "forces to destroy the Jewish infidels" went with a social welfare organization transforming them into a fundamentalist terror organization called Hamas.

Hamas had something new, They sent bomb laden individuals to blow themselves up in Israel cities. Suicide bombings took place in reception halls, pizza shops, buses, restaurants, more buses, etc. 1995 Hamas declared war. Arafat and his new Palestinian Authority negotiations on creating a state suffered. Since Arafat frequently spoke for the destruction of Israel, Israelis became wary. They became entrenched. And that increased more discord, that was ignited by Baraks move in Lebanon. Officially it Was Ariel Sharons visit of the mosques on the Temple Mount, but that was really a smokescreen. The 2nd intifada was a new method to destroy the Israeli state by the "islamic" cabal". It was an underhanded attack on civilians brought into Israel. And the Israeli bomb certainly couldnt be used on a Palestinian state. The Arab world stopped, watched and waited.Ariel Sharon took the helm and eventually ended the 2nd intifada by actually building a wall between Israel and Palestine, It's obvious that any trust the Palestinians built up after the end of 1970-85 Terror war evaporated again. Today Fatah state in the West Bank is at a low ebb in their c terror campaign. The economy there is improving. But Fatah still expresses it core beliefs in a destruction of Israel in speeches and issued documents. They want to destroy Israel; they just can't do it now.

Hamas on the other hand is a very active proxy state for Muslims Arabs and Iran as well. Ariel Sharon in an effort to centralize Israel population the area withdrew Jewish settlers in 2006. Would Israeli-less Gaza calm down? No Hamas bereft of suicide bombers jacked up their rocket firing capabilities ans started bombing southern Israel more. The Hamas creed is like the PLO-Fatah one; no infidel state for the Jews. The Islamic cabal is very happy now. Theres a hostile Hezbullah proto state in the north and a smaller Hamas fanatic state shoved right up against Israel. And its ta return to the fedayeen tactics of the 1950s except its now with vastly improved weaponry. The Hamas Shaheed Culture doesnt fear death for its fighters nor its own population. For them the resultant Gaza War was worth it if it weakens Israel and THEN destroys it. Martyrs are welcome.

There you have it. Israel is in a fight for its life with terrorist proxy fighters. All this while the Israel economy flourishes. In the worlds eyes the onus for peace cannot fall on Fatah, Hamas or Hezbullah. They arent countries. But Israel is, so a new inequality is created.And this conundrum has created new distortions for retrogressive Islamic forces to spread. Israel could be in dire straits any minute; not by hostile states but small proto-states created by terrorist militias and funded by a cabal that cannot accept Jews as an independent self empowered people.

What I found fascinating was early pictures of Adolf Hitler found in historical archives in the decades after his regime was destroyed.

I combined two here into a statement of Hitler's optimism before World War One.

In the one in the upper right hand corner Hitler is overjoyed at the prospect of war. That was not an unusual sentiment in Europe. The continent had not seen a devastating continental conflict since the Napoleonic Wars. There were regional wars among Prussia, Italy and Austria-Hungary since Napoleon. They had resulted in the unification of Italy from scattered medieval states and occupation of northeast Italy by Austria; the replacement of Austria as preeminent power in Germany by Prussia and the resultant unification of the medieval German states by militaristic Prussia into a German Empire. That Empire had the goaded Napoleons III's French Empire into a war and crushing defeat.

These short little wars created the most animosity between Germany and France. France was bent on vengeance and recovering lost territory. But Austria had no grudges in two lost wars with Germany. Hitler was Austrian and he relocated to Bavaria in the German Empire.

(The defeat of the Ottoman Turkish Empire just before WW1 by the Balkan states also set up the grudge match there)

There was this dysfunctional joy for this war. All assumed it would be short as bloody wars were so messy.

There were mass celebrations when Germany lined with Austria-Hungary and France took the British Empire in. Italy aligned with Germany switched sides.

In the upper right Hitler like everyone was ecstatic. Did he know what war was? We're all sure that trench warfare was not foreseen by him. Probably some medieval-like interpretation of hazy memories of the Franco Prussian War. Maybe he saw it as a chess game and was excited by a vision of a continent -wide ritualistic game. He certainly was bored having failed as an artist. I find boredom a great impetus for many historical wars.

So was Hitler cognizant of the possibility that Germany might lose or suffer? You cant see that in his eyes. Like the prevailing opinion among the optimistic masses he had tunnelvision. Perhaps few Europeans were thinking clearly.

The other photo where Hitler is on the extreme left shows him with fellow soldiers after enlistment They seem somber here maybe even jaded and cynical.They seem determined but resigned.Even here the possibility of disaster for Germany (and Europe) is not perceived.

So Hitler and many others were in denial of the obvious consequences of a continental war.

The expectation was so far from the reality that a German defeat shocked militaristic Germany to its core.

This shock could not be accepted so denial set in again. And the blame was placed on Jews and Communists because it was easy for simple minds to understand.

And so Hitler emerged from WW1 as a more damaged, jade, cynical, vengeful, hurt man. And the stars set up a clear road with few obstacles to glory, world conquest, genocide and WW 2.

Who Created the Jewish State? Why it was the Arabs of Course. Invented myths are abundant on the internet and reused by Israel haters, Jew haters, Arabs, Palestinians,and pro-Palestinians about some Jewish invasion that displaced peaceful prosperous Palestinians.

Purportedly this was done massacre, expulsion, and threats of such resulting in the vague term ethnic cleansing brought into popular verbage by the Bosnian genocide in the nineties. Huge lists of Arab towns that are now Jewish towns are offered as evidence.

These are purposeful creations by the Palestinians in an effort to achieve victimhood. A victimhood that give them worldwide sympathy just like the Holocaust gave their enemies, the Jews, sympathy. Today they have added a modern fictional genocide as well in this pursuit. Its such a well done media creation it eclipses real genocides in Chechya, Darfur, and Myanmar.

If you examine the long lists of towns the fiction becomes apparent such as the extinct town of Al Quds. Thats really Jerusalem which had been Jewish for decades before the mythical invasion.

What really happened?

By 1948 there was a 3 sided war in Palestine. There was the occupation force of the British. There was the Arab militias led by Grand Mufti al-Husseini. And there was the various JEwish militias, the Palmach, Hagganah. Irgun, etc. The Grand Mufti had been fighting by them 28 years to expell, subdue or destroy the Jews who simply began buying scrap land and settling down in 1878. Arab Muslims in Palestine had begun to realize much like modern Arabs in Morth Africa and Asia, European Muslims and other Asian Muslims that Islam is a fragile religion and culture that would crumble before the temptation of Western Culture. This fragility had to be counteracted by segregation and fundamentalism. It continues today.

The Grand Mufti had been unsuccessful in his massacres, riots and attacks, He had alienated the upper class Arabs and moderates by attacking them as well. When Jews begain to arrive in great numbers due to the persecution in Europe, he stepped up the war. The British capitualted and immigration virtually ceased.

The previous November the United Nations in an effort to stabilize the area tried to segregate the Jews from the Arabs by creating Arab and Jewish states in Resolution. The Arab Palestinians rejected the proposal but it still passed. The Grand Mufti thought that once the British left the Jews were vulnerable with all there kibbutz and urban militias. He appealed to the Arab League to destroy the Jewish state once it was declared. The Arab League organized 5 Arab Armies from Iraq (which is not near Israel), Syria, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon. These armies invaded Palestine. Their mission was to "drive the Jews into the sea" which was lingo for genocide. A second genocide to the very same people in 10 years. They warned the Arab Palestinian that lest they become collateral damage by being in the crossfire; they should leave temporarily. Many did. They left for the hills of Judea and Samaria now called the West Bank. They were bolstered by reports on Arab radio that Deir Yassin was the beginning of terrible massacres. Deir Yassin was exaggerated from its postion of history as a battle into a massacre by mainstream Jewish forces opposed to the radical groups Irgun and Lehi as well as Arab Radio. It was an effort to discredit radical forces and centralize Jewish forces. There were some expulsios like in Lydda now called Lod due to murders of Jews. But the evacuation was mostly and Arab operation. Today the Fatah and PA leader Abbas admits his family fled Galilee with his fearing retribution for local massacres in 1929 incited by the Grand Mufti. There were Arabs who remained. They are known as Israeli Arabs and live in Israel unlike the Palestinians who do not.

The strange thing was that the 5 Arab Armies were hated and defeated by the Jewish militas.By 1949 the Arabs sued for an armastice which the UN mediated. The front became the border of what it now Israel. Huge empty expanses where Arabs lived were apparent. The Arab refugees, who were not called Palestinians until the 1960's, remained in the hills. Most dared not attempt s to return. They knew that they were complicit in an attempted genocide.

The Arabs in an effort to destroy the Jews actually created Israel. They set up country with emptied of a hostile populace. The rejected bi-national proposals of statehood and would only accept Jews as subservient to a Muslim state or no Jews in Palestine at all. Their intractability created the Jewish state. It set up a blue dot in an Arab Muslim sea of green, black, red and white.

There were Arab Jews or Mizrachi Jews in Arab countries from Morocco to Iraq. Most were expelled as punishment for being of the same religion as the Jews who defeated the Aran League. But the joy of a Jewish state brought many who werent expelled. They filled the gap left by the Arab Palestinians who were so confident of the destruction of Palestinian Jews. Did the Arab Palestinians set up their own state once there was a truce?? No the the areas conquered by the 5 Arab Armies were annexed by Egypt (Gaza) and Jordan (the West Bank)

Today their descendents live in Palestine and around the world. Politically they have created a war of terror once they felt the Arab states was not serious in helping them.

was no Jack Bernstein and that the author was

Aha! I thought. Sure enough more googling showed

the subtext "By Jack Bernstein as told to Leonard

Martin" Hilarious as I forum posts advocating Jack

Bernstein's views. Martin had never been to Israel.

His popularity depended on the ignorance of

It was during the Gaza War. On the forums I frequent there was a major offensve by Jew haters to report every distortion, disinformation, outright lie and negative report from Arab, and White Supremacist sources.
It was an avalanche of bad PR. I was prepared for the content but not the volume. This was generally a repeat of the 2006 Hezbullah War in terms of Jew hatred actions on the forums. Jew haters in forums are a melange of White Supremacists, Christian Identity, Klan types, White Power types.Aryan Nations fans, Neo Nazis (can leave them out), Bible thumpers, independent bigots, outraged leftists (the naive ones), liberals (more naive types) and some who pretend to be liberal but turn out to be fring right wing. There a almost no Muslims or Arabs. Most cheer for blood and more blood. Many cheer for Jewish blood.
The clarion call was to boycott Israel for its "crimes" in Gaza. It was repeated in in hatefest perpetually.
I read some new press on Israel model Bar Rafael. So all I added were the words. "GO AHEAD BOYCOTT ISRAEL". You neverheard such misogynist and sex cries of horror. Studly flesh gazing bigots were all turned into ministers and priest instantly. I was amazing. And that quieted the remarks perceivably.

Another word thats incorrect and meant to outrage is "aparthied".

I encounter the hardcore types on forums. They are hardcore on the left and right. But the lines get blurred as rightist pretend to be left and vics versa. But manyhave no ideology except hatred of Jews.

They repeat incessantly that Israel is expanding and confiscating Arab lands all over the Middle East. A good example is the absurd Greater Israel post that Israel has it's goal on an Empire from the Eurphrates to the Nile, since King David had such a realm. I've already written about this.

Those a little more practical go on to point out examples like Israel conquering Lebanon since they "occupy" Sheba'a Farm disputed boundary issueon the Golan Heights. Since Lebanon and Syria never resolved the problem BEFORE 1967 its now balloned into a major international outrage of occupied Lebanon.

They also mention the Israel-PLO War invasion of Lebanon in 1982. But they NEVER mention that the PLO controlled their own section of Lebanon from 1976 to 1983 and launched Katushya rockets AT Northern Israel in 1978 and AGAIN in 1982. The 1982 incident led Iasraels to attempt to destoy the PLO by surrounding Beirut. To prevent future attacks Israel set up a Christian state in southern Lebanon. Jewish settler consider these lands part of Jewish history and they create settlements betwen Arab towns most of the time on fallow Arab land. This I must concede is the only expansion I can see.

This tremendously increased the fear of Muslim Arabs in exposure of their stagnant culture to Western liberated notions. The Caliph in Constantinople was no longer in charge! Europeans were!! So the onslaught of alien yet enticing European values terrified all Arabs there. All other Arab States in North Africa were colonized already and had the roughly the same struggles. That set the stage for reaction.

In the latter 20th century two nations ostracized for internal policies were South Africa and Israel.It was called APARTHEID and ther word was derived from Afrikaner Dutch. This long standing policy separated the black and white races in South Africa. It means separation of races within a nation. The Israelis are a conglomeration of cultures, ethnic groups and MOST IMPORTANTLY races from all over the world. Israeli Children Signing Missiles in Lebanon War

This photo from the Hezbollah Lebanon War shows Israeli youngsters signing missiles. Over and over descriptions indicated that these kids were signing weapons with

evil intent that were destined to be fired into Lebanon. This doesnt make sense. as no Israeli parents would ever let children touch live ammunition, The missiles were actually spent rockets that were launched by Hezbollah at the Israelis. These

rockets kept Israelis in bomb shelters the length of the entire war. So the youngsters were "peace-ifying' the used weapons with words and flowers. I am posting all my editorial cartoons for the next few weeks. So far I have not seen my particular perspective on the Middle East conflict anywhere on the internet.

Here I use a frequent Israel basher cartoon to show the reality behind the UN /International controversy on reports surrounding Israel's participation in the recent Gaza War. The obvious take on how Israelis are suppossed to limit urban warfare while rockets are raining on Sderot, Ashkelon, etc .This is to show the cynical attitude of Israelis toward a biased world court that doesnt not treat all parties equally. The absurd arguement of Israeli control over warfare is contrasted to Hamas control over their bombardment and their human shield strategy meant to create as much casualities as possible among Palestinans. Whats left out is Hamas firing from the vicinity of schools, markets, shelters, apartment buildings and mosques in order to get Israel fire to create new martyrs for the Hamas Islamic cause. You tknow the Culture of Death.

Layers of War

Neophytes look at the Israeli Arab conflict as one solvable struggle. But this volatile issue is really a multi-layered affair. Like the sediments on the bottom of a lake or a layer cake this war is violent war piled ontop of violent war. Its was very diagnosed carefully so it is very hard to solve.
The first layer was set down after the British occupied Palestine and later were given a mandate over the area. The Arabs had been ruled by muslim overlords since the Crusaders, whether it was the Mameluks or the Turks. But now the Europeans were in charge again. And like the Franks in 1099 the British were Christians. They had no Islamic religious authority like the Caliph in Istanbul. That was the first rude shock.
The second shock was Western values and culture. The West brought social progress, democracy, an aversion to tyranny, changing social mores, sexual revolutions, the industrial revolution, the transformation of womens roles as well as declining obedience to religion.
The third shock was the Balfour Declaration allowing Jews a homeland in Palestine. And the Jewish presence which had declined increased dramatically. And it continued to increase. To be clear Balfour did not set a Jewish government but only a haven from an increasingly anti-semitic world.
This was too much change for the people in British Palestine who included Christians, Muslims and Jews. They had lived in a stagnant practically medieval world since 1224. But there was even more horror as Arabs also saw young people attracted to the new ideas of the West. Islam was seen as old fashioned, even irrelevant. It was apparent that Islam was a fragile religion susceptible to the new ideas. Islam needed protection. They did not think to reform, improve or update the religion. Religious teaching precluded such changes. What was necessary was to remove people who brought the changes. To remove them from traditional Umma lands. First were the Jews and then the British would follow.
And so riots in 1920-1 and 1929 brought the first layer of war. Simple xenophobic riots born out of kneejerk fear. These riots weren’t planned. But The Mufti of Jerusalem decided to plan to rid the Jews and British as well as noderatate cooperative Arabs in the 1936-9 riots. The British retreated into their barracks and fortified areas and the Jews into fortified areas amd kibbutzim. The moderate Arabs suffered the wrath of the Mufti’s rage. This was the second layer of war. Organized violence with some spontaneity and ome control. As the approaching Holocaust drove Jews into Palestine, the Arab xenophobia went up several notches in absolute panic. Arab violence forced the British to end immigration into Palestine dooming many Jews trying to flee Nazi Germany. A year later after the death of 6 million Jews the Arabs still refused to budge from their xenophobic position. And so began the fourth layer of war.
This layer was really two years molded into one. We have the refusal of the Arab Palestinians to accept a westernized Jewish culture in close proximity to their own. They still had no faith in Islam’s invulnerablity to werstern values and materialism. Arabs through out the Middle East and North Africa recognized this as well from colonization by British, French, and to a lesser extent Italian and Spanish europeans. But what upset the Arab League founded after WW2, was the possibility of a non Muslim Non Arab state in their self declared umma lands. Their sacred Muslim territory granted in its self righteous egocentricity by Allah and the subsequent Arab conquest in the 7th to 9th centuries would not tolerate an infidel nation. This effort by Arabs outside Palestine combined with effort within Palestine. The Arabs declared they would “drive the Jews into the Sea”, This was to be a second genocide of the Jewish people in less than a decade. It would destroy the survivors of the Nazi holocaust.
The Arabs outside Israel respected the Jews as the people of the book. As long as they remained subservient to the Arab caste system of dhimmi. As Jews they had to endure centuries of humiliation and heavier taxes. With a new nation the Jews could stare back openly at the Muslim ex-masters. This was intolerable to Muslim Arabs!!!
But the Jewish Palestinians were militarily oriented in defending themselves against years of Arab attacks. They had fought the Nazis in the World War. They made up their lack of formal Army training and heavy weapons in fighting spirit; the spirit of survival. Newspapers gloomily feared for the Jews of Palestine. They prevailed over the better equipped Arab forces. They defeated the 5 Arab Armies of Syria, Lebanon, Iraq (whose border is far from Palestine) and Egypt. Meanwhile those 5 Arab Armies fearing collaterol damage of fellow Arabs asked they remove themselves from the arena of battle. Many did. And they went to the inland hills. There they would remain in the future West Bank fearing retribution, knowingly complicit in an attempted genocide. The newly emptied land became the home of Jews fleeing Arab countries along with Holocaust survivors.
And year one after the El Nabka brought the fifth layer of war.
This was the Arab fedayeen war. It was a war of raiders and terror. Border communities were especially vulnerable like Sderot of today. Raid brought retailiation and Arik Sharon proved himself in these operations. The West Bank and Gaza were staging areas for these raids and protected by Jordan and Egypt. Of course regular army contributed especially Syrian gunners in the Golan. The 1956 Suez war g cleared out the Gaza nest of vipers for awhile but it was the sixth layer of war that ended this strategy. It was the Six Day War created huge buffers in the Sinai and the West Bank that ended raiding missions. The Egyptian self declared president Gamal Nasser had called for a holy mission to once again “drive the Jews into the Sea”. But surprise tactics destroyed his army, the Syrian Army as well as bring Jerusalem and the entire Jordanian Palestine into Israeli orbit.
The seventh layer was the creation of the Palestinian Liberation Organization. It was a conglomerate of Palestinian Arab terrorist fronts. This phase continued to the mid 1980’s with its most despicable hijacking of the ocean liner Achelle Lauro and the killing of a wheelchair bound Jew. One part called Black September killed Israeli Olympics in Munich in 1072, Sympathetic Japanese Red Guards machine gunned pilgrims in in Lod airport. Sympathetic German terrorists hijacked a plane to Entebbe airport and only Israeli commando action rescued most of the hostages in 1976. Hijacking and airport massacres throughout Europe marked this seventh layer. Yasir Arafat even engineered a propaganda coup by getting the Muslim, Arab and Communist blocs to pool their resources and have the United Nations Assembly declare Zionism synonymous with racism. Reactionary Arab nations embracing a police state version of socialism brought many nations to suspend judgment and give those states benefit of the doubt in relation to terrorist self righteous actions. They too joined those blocs.
The eighth layer of war was the Yom Kippur War. This was the last state action by Arab nations to destroy Israel. Despite its complete surprise during the holiest holiday of the Jews and an initial near defeat in the beginning , Israel was near the Nile and well into Syria at the end. This was in no small part of a huge arms shipment from the United States. The Egyptian leader realized he could not defeat Israel this way. Perhaps the Israeli read to use nukes spooked the US into the arms shipment. Nuclear war would have certainly brought the Soviet Union into it. They had armed the Arabs since the 1950’s. Peace brought Sinai back to Egypt and death by the Muslim brotherhood (many who are now in Al Qaeda) to Anwar Sadat. It alsi brought a cold peace.
But the PLO was not finished. In Lebanon it supported the Muslim half of the country and brought about the Lebanese Civil War which lasted 15 years. It then created a Palestinian state within Lebanon and began rocketing Israel in 1978 and again in 1982. Both resulted in Israeli invasions and a Christian buffer state. This was the ninth layer of war. Seeking to elimate Arafats state with in a state the Israelis pushed him to Beirut and eventually he left for Tunis. But the Israelis made the Amal Shia enemies and this was quickly exploited by the new Isalmic Republic of Iran a shia state. The amal militia became the Hezbollah state within a state later.
The tenth layer of war was the First intifada reaction by West Bank Palestinian Arabs. And this was ended by Arafat’s signing of the Oslo peace treaty. Hamas, Islamic welfare entity took up the “destroy Israel” mantra initiating the 11th layer of war
When Ehud Barak withdrew support of the Christian buffer state Palestinians felt Israel was weak enough to destroy. They used Arik Sharond visit to the Temple Mount to set off a six year war and terror campaign known as the Second intifada, Unlike the first the main feature was suicide bombers. These bombers went into many civilian situations to kill as many Israelis as possible. They were killed in weddings, pizza shops, buses (many buses). The bombers were like the PLO a conglomerate of terror groups. Aqsa group was affiliated with Arafat’s Fatah. There was also the Islamic Jihad among others. This brought IDF troops into the West Bank and Gaza but the solution was a huge security wall that ended the most horrendous attacks.
The 12th layer was war on the aforementioned Hezbollah was mostly a airborne missile exchange in 2006. And finally the 13th layer of war was the recent Gaza war to stop Qassam rocket attacks by Hamas. Remember that the Hamas war of suicide bombing had never ended since 1995. It had just been replaced by Qassam attacks. This war really hasn’t ended as Qassams still fly. Israelis wonder if the rockets that hit far inland like Beersheva will be a future norm and precipitate another Gaza war.
The layers have to be perceived for the Middle East conflict to be understood never mind solved. Intial layers were simple reactionary riots. These were followed by organized resistance. Then Arab national states intervenes. They supported guerrilla terrorist groups. Eventually these groups formed an umbrella the PLO. The Arab nations failed and were replaced by states within states developed by the guerrilla terror groups. These groups began operating from the Palestinian Authority territory but still failed and now guerrilla sub states like Hezbollah Lebanon and Hamas Gaza operate at the behest of Arab cabals and Iran have taken the helm of “driving the Jews into the sea”.
Its really an Islamic reaction this war on Israel. From simple outraged Arabs to international war to subnational war its always aggressive Muslim Arab efforts of many varieties with many Israeli reactions. Ots quite the miracle that despite changing strategies 13 mile wide Israel still exists.

Refuting Elias Akleh’s Arming Terrorist Israel

“Since their occupation of .Palestine.... in 1948 ” says Elias Akleh. Its so easy to miss! Most Arab/Islamist pundits whine about the occupation that began in 1967. Israelis then point out What was the excuse for Arab hostility BEFORE the occupation. Then you hear the deafening silence! Arab hostility was because of a non-Muslim state that was in power and control of its own destiny; without interference of the Muslim management called dhimmi. ( A situation I’m sure envied by minorities suffering in Arab states like the Copts, Marionites, Druze, other Christians, Assyrians, Jews as well as minorities such as Kurds, Darfurans, Dinka, etc.) Aklen skips that argument by stating that ....Israel....’s existence is an occupation! He doesn’t even WANT co-existence! He WANTS the Jews to go into the SEA!....

Elias Akleh can barely write the word ....Israel..... In doing so he recognizes their existence. Jews in a ....Muslim.. ..Sea....! So like many Arabs since 1948 he must amend with the word Zionist. I wonder why he doesn’t use the more popular “Zionist entity” used by Muslims of Arab states and ....Iran..... He plunges into outrageous lies by declaring all seven WARS as intiated by ....Israel..... The 1948 war (War of Independence/El Nabka) resulted when 5 Arab Armies were sent by the Arab League to destroy the ragtag citizen army that included many Holocaust survivors. That very same Arab League had rejected the UN resolution to create a bi-national state. The 1956 war was indeed started by ..Israel.. to cleanup the fedayeen base in ..Gaza.. that sent terrorists into ....Israel..... (Sound familar??). The 1967 war was in response to military buildups along the borders of ..Egypt.., ..Syria.. and ....Jordan..... President Gamal Nasser of ....Egypt.... had predicted the destruction of the Zionist entity in fiery speeches before the war. The Israelis took the West Bank and ..Gaza.. (....Palestine.... later) and the Golan and offered land for peace. No deal said the Arabs. The 1973 war was a surprise Arab attack on the Jewish HOLY day of Yom Kippur. The 1978 and 1982 invasions of ..Lebanon.. were in responses to rockets sent into ..Northern Israel... The Hezbollah 2006 war and the Hamas 2008-9 war were in response to attacks as well. While the first intifada was a grass roots movement not well organized the second intifada was better coordinated and was much more of an attack on Israelis with suicide bombings and gun battles. The Sheb’a Farms is really a poor excuse to rally anti-zionist opinion as it’s a tiny section of Golan that might be in ....Lebanon.... but who really knows for sure. ..Syria.. and ....Lebanon.... never argued about it from 1945 to 1967 anyway.....

So when Aklen states, “Zionist Israelis had initiated seven wars against their Arab neighbors. Six of those were waged after 1967 to maintain their occupation of the rest of ..Palestine.., Lebanese Sheb’a Farms, and Syrian ..Golan Heights..; formally recognized by the international community as an occupation.” He is just spouting the most radical fundamentalist Islamic rhetoric all based on exaggerations and disinformation meant to confuse the not educated reader. Is it “formally recognized by the international community as an occupation’? No the international community is an ambiguous body of many different opinions unduly influenced by petroleum rich nations. He implies it is monolithic. It is not.....
In lieu of any peace action by the surrounding Arab states, the Arab League and the Palestinian people ....Israel.... has on and off maintained a military presence since the 1967 war. Akleh wants to paint this erroneous and poorly thought out idea that 13 mile wide Israel’s raison d’etre is not its inventiveness, its courage, its ingenuity, its democracy, its technology but schoolyard bullying (??)!! ....
He can even not explain why the millions of Arabs with their centuries old infighting and an adherence to a crumbling tribalized religion have no destroyed the state of ....Israel..... He brings up the mythical (now called civic !!) international community again in its supposed disapproval of ....Israels.... existence. Without the international community (included Arab/Muslims states!) ....Israel.... would not exist! Technology and smarts have obviously saved ....Israel.... from the Arab hordes. Getting the atomic bomb before even the Chinese and Indians have made the Muslims stand back. The threat to use this made the 1973 Yom Kippur war (with Israelis approaching the Nile) the last war by formal Arab states and necessitated for a change to low tech war on the part of the Muslim Arab cartel to destroy non-Muslim Israel.....
His solution to this enigma is to describe ....Israel.... as a Spartan military state! For anyone who actually visits ....Israel....; its military preparedness (though not always successful) does belie any military society. In fact its unmilitary-ness is most apparent. Guns are treated casually (maybe too much). You want to see a military or police state? Visit ..Syria.., ..Egypt.., ..Saudi Arabia.., ..Oman.., ..Yemen.., the ..Sudan.., ....Libya.... where gangsters rule. Aklen goes on to mention “every Zionist Israeli citizen, from childhood to old age, being militaristic in one form or another.” Yes all perpetuated by cross border attacks initiated by Arab terrorists from 1948 to 1967. “ Israel possesses all kinds of weapons including weapons of mass destruction (WMD) such as nuclear and chemical weapons” Yes, to hold off destruction of the infidel Jewish state! Yes!....

....Israel.... certainly became the fourth largest army by its own merit. Every citizen had to shell out huge parts of their incomes to prevent annihilation. Akleh cant even give credit where credit is due, He has a string distaste we call hatred, And it is colored with irrationality and emotion bolstered by lies, and distortions! “named 18 EU member states, which authorized 1,018 arms export licenses to Israel worth a little less than 200 million Euros. All these arms exports are in violation of the EU Code of Conduct on Arms Exports under Criterion 2, which states that member states are supposed to “deny an export license if there is a clear risk that the proposed export might be used for internal repression or be used in the commission of serious violations of international humanitarian law”. Israel had committed such violations throughout its entire existence.”Akleh is self legislating here. He has become a A EU politician freely interpreting THEIR laws to fit his agenda! Israeli arms defend humanity and EU nations know it even if they tsk tsk with disapproval of Israeli methods. Of course these tsk tskers have NEVER offered an alternative. ....Israel.... has not committed violations of this sort.....
Aklen goes through a huge list detailing arms supplies to ....Israel.... He especially focuses on American aid. Is the hostility, the Iranian and Arab strategies , the efforts to destroy the tiny country mentioned here.. He wants ....Israel.... to appear secure able to afford stripping away of its military prowess.....
He quotes US laws against use of military weapons, “This law states that American weapons given or sold to any foreign country can be used only for legitimate self-defense or for internal security. They are not to be used in occupational operations.” And “The second is the Foreign Assistance Act (P.L.97-195), which states that any country is not illegible for any form of US aid if it engages in consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognized human rights. “And “The third is the Leahy Law (Foreign Ops Appropriations Act). This is an annual part of the Foreign Appropriations Act, and states that no aid will be given to any unit of the security forces of a foreign country if the Secretary of State has credible evidence that such unit has committed gross violations of human rights.”....
Of course he is the arbiter of the meaning of “gross”. He wants us to believe that the monitoring and surveillance of Palestinian Arabs is a luxury for the IDF. Does he mention the long record of Palestinian Arab attempts to discourage the existence of the Jewish state stretching back almost 40 years? Or the their antecedents the Arab Palestinians that started the Jew-Muslim-Islamic hostility in 1920? At least he did mention the efforts of Arab neighboring states to destroy ....Israel.... in 7 wars. Why else have armament supplies and industry?....
Akleh also repeats his disinformation and distortions he dashes off the statement. “It has been, numerously, documented by Israeli, Palestinian, and international NGOs that Israel had consistently violated international laws and human rights since 1948.” But dares not to detail this. He says. “. Israel had attacked all its neighbors, committed war crimes, and occupied parts of their land.” Again little details but as I have already explained that THIS IS NOT TRUE. Another falsehood is that Israeli evicted huge areas of Palestinians and even wiped them off reminding us WHAT President Ahmadindejad said. Israel has evicted certain people with terrorist connections mostly from the West Bank to ....Gaza..... The Palestinian town were abandoned MOSTLY by the Arabs themselves at the behest of 5 Arab Armies (..Iraq.., ..Syria.., Jordan and ....Lebanon.... ) that attempted to destroy the Jews in a second Holocaust of the 1940’s. The Arabs were instructed to leave the theatre of battle so that they might not suffer the fate the collateral damage. But the citizen army won. And so ..Israel.. had much resultant room for the waves of Jews from Muslim countries expelled for ....Israel....’s victory and the later wave of Russian Jews escaping Soviet persecution. Why didn’t the Arabs return?? They were afraid? You see they were complicit in an attempted genocide. And so in the last twenty years there has been a deliberate attempt in the Arab media to revise history. Suddenly all the battles, fleeings, expulsions or any action at all from 1947-8 have been magically transformed into massacres comparable to Deir Yassin. Even that might have been a deliberate attempt by the Hagganah to paint the right wings groups in a bad light. Otherwise that might not have been a massacre but a battle. This media campaign continues in labeling Qana, Jenin and other confrontations in massacres to gain sympathy in the west. Hamas even uses hospitals, shelters and schools as staging areas for rocket attacls to kill as many Gazans as possible to (again ) get that desired Western sympathy. Watching the Jews after the Holocaust Arabs saw how powerful victimhood can be, Of course they reasoned why cant they get some of the action!!?? So if they cant cause victimhood they’ll invent it to take away from that maniacal terrorist image so prevalent in the world.....

Ankleh recites the usual litany of injustices. When he mentions stealing land he leaves out the fact that the land was lying fallow in many cases. When he mentions Palestinians “shoved” into prison he leaves out the reason 99% are there not for political crimes but actual crimes of terrorism. Planning. Operation. He even calls the freedom fighters as if Hamas ever gave its citizens any democratic rights or that Fatah did the same on the West Bank. Such hypocrisy. He complains that the rest of the Palestinians reside in “open air virtual town-prisons within a separation wall”. He exaggerates the situation as Palestinian towns are not prisons on the ..West Bank.. and that Gazans don’t even have the IDF around. ”. He leaves out that the 2nd intifada made separate roads and the wall necessary. The proof is the cessation of THAT intifada.....
Urban warfare in ....Gaza.... has given Hamas the opportunity for victimhood all Arabs crave. They have latched on to the “ disproportionate force” concept used to make the IDF into the “bad guys”. Israeli military weaponry has never included magic X ray vision missiles that attack Palestinian civilians (mainly defenseless children and women). Akleh underhandedly calls it “the daily entertainment of Israeli government -backed and armed extreme Zionist colonizing terrorists (settlers?)”. Israeli never target civilians because they cannot. High civilian death is from Hamas strategy of human shields and population density. He goes on to state “Israeli soldiers developed the sport of hunting (shooting) Palestinian children on their way to schools or while playing in front of their homes” Which is pretty much an unabashed lie. Of course here he neglects to mention all rock throwing incidents. He says the Israeli uses the Palestinian territories for military testing. But most of the military hardware he mentions are for standard warfare not guerilla warfare.....
There has never been any documented evidence for massacres of any Palestinians by the UN, Amnesty International or other organizations. Its all false propaganda designed for Western sympathy to dry up any support for ....Israel..... In fact many studies have revealed hoaxes created by Palestinian and other Arab groups in cooperation with Palestinian and Arab media. Arab media especially in Hezbollah ..Lebanon.. and ....Palestine.... show an industry of false impressions created FOR the media that has been termed by the West and Israeli pundits as PALLYWOOD or HEZOLLYWOOD.....
In a typical turnspeak tactic used by anti-semites around the web Akleh describes Zionism as a the extreme racist religious ideology of establishing a pure theocratic “Jewish” state for a prejudice- god’s chosen people “narcissist Zionist Jews” in the real-estate- brokering-god’s promised land of Greater Israel “Eretz Israel” extending from Nile to Euphrates. He would never describe ....Saudi Arabia.... in such a way. While Israeli is a overwhelming secular country with powerful regious movements. That is far more accurate but not enough gunpowder for his diatribe. There is a religious Zionist movement backed right wing of the government but its not the ....Israel.... majority at all. Israelis pretty much accept the Torah/Bible as not being a real estate guide. He used the term “holy war” in another turnspeak maneuver when the radical ideologues like Hamas and Hezbollah defined their crusade against the Jews (worldwide) as a HOLY WAR!! He even introduces the silly prospect that all anti-semites relish the GREATER ..ISRAEL.. concept of ..Israel.. stretch from the Nile to the ..Euphrates.. as in King Solomon’s time. First of all King Solomon was said to rule from the “Rover of ..Egypt..” which is a wadi near El Arish and not the ..Nile... Secondly this is no way the Israelis can ever occupy such a great area nor could they convert the 40 million Muslims there already. But Akleh mentions it nevertheless.....
Aklen insists that there were two investigations of Israeli military action in resect to weaponry transfer laws related to Israels killing of Hamas leader, Salah Shehadeh and the cluster bombs used to kill Hezbollah operatives in the 2006 ....Lebanon.... war. But he provides no proof just assertions. Again population density and placement of targets, whether leaders or weapons caches, by the enemy resulted large civilian deaths. He even labels Joe Biden as a “Zionist” for unknown reasons.....

For full rhetoric effect he calls ....Israel.... the terrorist entity as a break from “Zionist entity”. He doesn’t really explain what terrorism really is. Examining the American military aid to Israel we find that since the end of WWII Israel had been the largest recipient of US aid (Armed & Dangerous Report.. ......). From 1949-2007 Israel had received more than $101 billion in total ....US.... economic and military aid. A previous Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two countries started phasing out the economic aid and increasing the military aid, and in 2008 all US aid to Israel turned into military aid only. The current MOU, singed by Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns in August 2007, has increased military aid to Israel by 25% a year for the next ten years FY2009-2018, totaling to $30 billion.....
During the Bush administration 2001-2007 American military aid to Israel came under three primary programs; Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ran through the Pentagon totaled $25.2 billion in arms sales and contracts, Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) ran through the States Department totaled $6.16 billion in weapons and equipment, and Excess Defense Articles (EDA) also ran through the Pentagon totaled $36 million in used weapons and equipment. The total comes to a little more than $31.4 billion.....
The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) provided Israel with air, missile & munitions, naval, design, vehicles, and miscellaneous military aid. Israel received $19.81 billion for their air forces that included F-35 joint strike fighters, C-130J-30 aircrafts, JP-8 aviation jet fuel, and T-6A Texan aircrafts. In missiles and munitions Israel received $2.73 billion worth of GBU-28 & 39 small diameter bombs, TOW, Hellfire, bunker buster munitions, AMRAAM, Harpoon, Sidewinder, JDAM’s, and MK-80 series. US gave Israel $1.9 billion worth of the new series (Littoral) naval combat ships, $164 million worth of troop carrier armored vehicles and trucks, and $253 million worth of miscellaneous in the form of Patriot Missiles upgrade and M72A7 Light Anti-Armor weapons. Also included in this FMS package were $350 million worth of design and construction of two infantry bases.....
The Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) program contained about three hundred different categories of weapons transfer to Israel. The most outrageous American military aid to Israel is the billions of Dollars worth of refined fuel to the Israeli army. Israel’s own oil refineries in ..Haifa.. and ....Ashdod...., which could supply Israeli military with all its fuel needs, are instead producing and selling its refined products on the open market. The Israeli army gets all its military fuel from the ....USA.... through the FMS program. The US Defense Department uses American tax money to buy oil crude from Arab Gulf States, ship it to American refineries to refine it, and then ship it to Israel.....
According to documents.. ......obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, from 2004 to 2008 the Bush administration had granted the Israeli army 500 million gallons of oil products worth $1.1 billion. During this period the American tax payers were faced with energy crises and had to pay $4 per gallon of gas at the pump while Israel was getting free gas from the Bush administration. Somebody has to pay for this gas, and it wasn’t the Israelis.....
Moreover, the US provides loan guarantees to Israel so that Israel can take out loans in the international money market with lower interest rates, and if Israel happens to default on any of these loans the US will bail Israel out with American tax money similar to the latest $700 billion bailout for the American banks. There is a condition on these loan guarantees. It states that these loans can only be used to support the activities within the sovereign areas in Israel (pre-1967 war), and cannot be used in the occupied Palestinian territories. This is a facetiously misleading condition, since such loans can free other monies in the Israeli budget to be used in building illegal colonies (settlements) in the occupied territories.....
The ....US.... has three laws that govern arms transfer to other countries. The first is the Arms Export Control Act (P.L.80-829). This law states that American weapons given or sold to any foreign country can be used only for legitimate self-defense or for internal security. Randall Kuhn has my respect for having such a fine sense of justice and fairness and for tearing that argument apart with a compelling analogy of his own. Does that sensibility come from the fact that he is Jewish and perhaps his religion has guided him as such? If it had, I wouldn't be surprised. When the muslim world criticizes the injustices of Israel, those complaints are brushed away as antisemitism, but it is not the jews that are hated, they are still the People of the Book - it is the hatred of wickedness and injustice that we see and condemn. If more voices like those of Randall Kuhn stepped forward, a bridge towards peace could be built.

Bias and prejudice has corrupted this analogy that Randall Kuhn has made. The argument is indeed torn apart by that and not his sense of justice, but a flaw in Mr. Kuhn’s character. A frequent tactic employed by those who would like to see Israel go away, is to pose as a Jew and then argue against its policies of survival. So the reader thinks “If a Jew can argue against Israel’s interests perhaps it’s OK.” Theres even this plug for Judaism, as if Judaism has ideals better than Israel’s. To brush away the Islamic worlds complaints about the injustices of Israel as anti-semitism is misleading, false and inaccurate. It reeks badly of distortion and more bias. The Islamic world since 1920 has objected to a non-Muslim state in their midst. Its not anti-semitism but anti-diversity!! The Commentator here says its not the Jews who are hated but their policies. You cannot separate these. The Arabs call the Israelis …Yehudis. That’s Jews. The emphasis is on their being Jews not Zionists. They do call Israel “the Zionist entity” because if they utter “Israel” its like recognizing the Jewish state as LEGAL. Yes theur is a hatrred of Arabs in Israel. When Israel Expelled Palestinians: What if it was San Diego and Tijuana Instead?

In the wake of Israel's invasion of Gaza, Israel's Defense Minister Ehud Barak made this analogy: "Think about what would happen if for seven years rockets had been fired at San Diego [1], California from Tijuana [2], Mexico."

Within hours scores of American pundits and politicians had mimicked Barak's comparisons almost verbatim. In fact, in this very paper on January 9 House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and House Minority Whip Eric Cantor ended an opinion piece by saying "America would never sit still if terrorists were lobbing missiles across our border into Texas or Montana." But let's see if our political and pundit class can parrot this analogy.

Think about what would happen if San Diego expelled most of its Hispanic, African American, Asian American, and Native American population, about 48 percent of the total, and forcibly relocated them to Tijuana? Not just immigrants, but even those who have lived in this country for many generations. Not just the unemployed or the criminals or the America haters, but the school teachers, the small business owners, the soldiers, even the baseball players.

What if we established government and faith-based agencies to help move white people into their former homes? And what if we razed hundreds of their homes in rural areas and, with the aid of charitable donations from people in the United States [3] and abroad, planted forests on their former towns, creating nature preserves for whites to enjoy? Sounds pretty awful, huh? I may be called anti-Semitic for speaking this truth. Well, I'm Jewish and the scenario above is what many prominent Israeli scholars say happened when Israel expelled Palestinians from southern Israel and forced them into Gaza. But this analogy is just getting started.

The authors takes a comparison and then injects his own prejudical assumptions into the mix. First rockets were flying in from Tijuana and suddenly Mexicans are being expelled a la apartheid across the border.
What should be mentioned was that Pancho Villa ordered those Mexicans to leave their homes so he could vanqyish those pesky San Diegans. The author may be Jewish but has a limited grasp on what actually happened in 1948. Most Arabs who relocated to the West Bank or the Palestinian highlands did so on the advice of the leaders of 5 Arab Armies (Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt) A few were expelled and some fled in fear. In losing the war the Arab armies created vast tracts of empty land and created Israel.
Fearing complicity in the attempted genocide of Palestinian Jews, the R=Arabs remained there. The author out of naivete ignorance or malicousness fails to mention this in his “analogy”.
What if the United Nations kept San Diego's discarded minorities in crowded, festering camps in Tijuana for 19 years? Then, the United States invaded Mexico, occupied Tijuana and began to build large housing developments in Tijuana where only whites could live.

What if the Mexicans refused to integrate these Mexicans into the rest of the Mexican population? What if they were taught by rebels groups to hate San Diegans for the lack of integration instead of the Mexicans?? What if the Mexicans under UN aegis treated these refugees poorly? What if Mexiv=cans refused to talk with the San Diegans on these issues? And then The San Diegans beat off a Mexican attack and occupied Tijuana? Population pressure then caused many San Diegans to migrate to Tijuana.

And what if the United States built a network of highways connecting American citizens of Tijuana to the United States? And checkpoints, not just between Mexico and the United States but also around every neighborhood of Tijuana? What if we required every Tijuana resident, refugee or native, to show an ID card to the U.S. military on demand? What if thousands of Tijuana residents lost their homes, their jobs, their businesses, their children, their sense of self worth to this occupation? Would you be surprised to hear of a protest movement in Tijuana that sometimes became violent and hateful? Okay, now for the unbelievable part.

And then Mexico funded extremist terrorists to kill San Diegans in San Diego, Tijuana and everywhere else. How could you keep this conflict in check? With walls, checkpoints and separation!

Think about what would happen if, after expelling all of the minorities from San Diego to Tijuana and subjecting them to 40 years of brutal military occupation, we just left Tijuana, removing all the white settlers and the soldiers? Only instead of giving them their freedom, we built a 20-foot tall electrified wall around Tijuana? Not just on the sides bordering San Diego, but on all the Mexico crossings as well. What if we set up 50-foot high watchtowers with machine gun batteries, and told them that if they stood within 100 yards of this wall we would shoot them dead on sight? And four out of every five days we kept every single one of those border crossings closed, not even allowing food, clothing, or medicine to arrive. And we patrolled their air space with our state-of-the-art fighter jets but didn't allow them so much as a crop duster. And we patrolled their waters with destroyers and submarines, but didn't even allow them to fish.

What if Mexico also built a wall and surrounded this area? Considering the violent episodes that regulary pulsed the population fed by hate refusing to talk wouldn’t you want to keep them in check until they regained their sanity. Here sanity means accept San Diegos right to exist.

Would you be at all surprised to hear that these resistance groups in Tijuana, even after having been "freed" from their occupation but starved half to death, kept on firing rockets at the United States? Probably not. But you may be surprised to learn that the majority of people in Tijuana never picked up a rocket, or a gun, or a weapon of any kind.
No you wouldn’t be surprised that the Tijuanitas were launching missiles with a death philosophy based on an extreme version of their religion and funding from extremists in Mexico.

The majority, instead, supported against all hope negotiations toward a peaceful solution that would provide security, freedom and equal rights to both people in two independent states living side by side as neighbors. This is the sound analogy to Israel's military onslaught in Gaza today. Maybe some day soon, common sense will prevail and no corpus of misleading analogies abut Tijuana or the crazy guy across the hall who wants to murder your daughter will be able to obscure the truth. And at that moment, in a country whose people shouted We Shall Overcome, Ich bin ein Berliner, End Apartheid, Free Tibet and Save Darfur, we will all join together and shout "Free Gaza. Free Palestine." And because we are Americans, the world will take notice and they will be free, and perhaps peace will prevail for all the residents of the Holy Land.

The majority of Tijuaintas were polled frequently always expressed support for the most extreme elements out of a combination of fear and hatred of those extremists and taught hatred over generations. Free Gaza is shouted but Gaza really was free all along but CHOSE war.

Palestine in peace. We both know you went to Palestine with violence
and malice and theft and even murder in your minds and hearts. So
please do not whine about the treatment you received then and
continue to receive now. You have gotten off very lightly so far. You
have good reason to fear and should make a deal as soon as possible.

And speaking of the minority of jewish Israelis, Ha'aretz does not
bother much with the pretension of observant and non-observant. In
their articles it is quite clear they are talking about believers and
atheists. You have a majority of atheists saying they are Jews for
political and social reasons. An atheist can no more be a Jew than he
can be a Christian.

And then there was your cherished holocaust. Move on. Get over it.
The constant whining became very annoying after the first couple
decades. I know no one in the whole world has ever had it as bad as
you. Enough whining already!

Whatever you do, stop using it as an excuse to dispossess and murder
even more Palestinians. I am familiar with your 1948 war. I know
there are at least two sides to every story. But the one thing
everyone can agree on is the Palestinians did not send an army
against you. Of all the nations in that part of the world, the
Palestinians are the only ones completely innocent in that war.

If you do not like it being called what it is, theft and murder, stop
doing it. Those Ay-rabs attacked so lets steal from the Palestinians
doesn't cut water. And some god in some book you wrote saying he gave
it to you doesn't cut it either. You left that land. Leave that god
out of this. It makes you sound like redneck hillbillies at a revival
meeting. And as you are mostly atheists you make rednecks look good
in comparison.

And while I am on that subject you have a country. Stop mooching off
of my country to support it. You may believe you were promised a land
but no one promised you a life of luxury. By the lowest estimate my
country provides 20% of your government budget. Grow up and pay your
own way in the world. No one likes a Schnorer.

And every time you screw up your economy you come whining to my
country to bail you out of trouble again. My country is good enough
to keep the world from slapping a total trade embargo on yours. Isn't
that enough? Must you always whine for more? Is it possible to do
enough for your country?

And is flooding this country with spies for military and industrial
secrets any way to show gratitude? Or is gratitude something only
Christians feel? And while I on religion, you get a free ride off of
our redneck preachers but the fact is Judaism is one hell of a lot
closer to Islam than Christianity. Even your own people in your own
studies find your school textbooks filled with industrial strength
hatred of non-Jews.

And if someone does not see it your way it is not your fault for
failing to make your case. It can only be antisemitism, the mindless,
causeless, baseless hatred of Jews because they are Jews not because
of the eternal whining. It isn't as though you don't put on a good
show. You have a great script and you recite your lines with passion
and sincerity. The problem is the story does not survive the first
few hundred repetitions. It is like your holocaust thing. If someone
does not show all the faux reverence your politicians posture one day
a year, trust me, it does not mean they are antisemitic. It means
they have heard many times before and are not as good at acting as
you.

The Palestinians did nothing to you to start your problems. You did
it to yourselves. You chose to go to Palestine and start all your own
troubles. Anyone mature enough to decide to go live there was mature
enough to know they would live in constant danger. The Palestinians
are doing exactly what you would do in their circumstances. They know
it and you know it. Stop whining about it.

As I say, you have a good script. You say you were expelled two
thousand years ago. You say Palestinians are invaders from Arabia.
You say you went to Palestine peacefully and in humility. You have a
laundry list of poor harmless innocence and there is not a word of
truth in the lot of it. And you know there is no truth in it. And
people who say there is no truth in it are not antisemitic. The truth
cannot be antisemitic. Refusing to accept your ahistoric, juvenile,
simplistic stories is neither anti-Israel nor antisemitic.

You are very annoying whiners. You whine about your holocaust because
it is the best use you can think of for dead relatives. You whine
about having enemies that you chose to make your enemies. You whine
about people who know enough history to know you are telling stories.
You whine about people who refuse to take your side.

No one owes you anything. You have that country you wanted. Stand on
your own two feet for the first time in you history. Stop begging for
handouts from my country. You are not worth it. Only you think you
are. When you were called a "shitty, little country" it was the
little that bothered you not the shitty.

The entire premise of your whining is you believe you deserve better.
This is a just world. You have what you deserve because it is what
you chose. Choices have consequences. Adults know that. Whiny little
children do not.

White supremacists have adopted this Hilterian propaganda technique
called turnspeak. Whatever strategy they adopt thats obviously evil
they accuse Jews/Israelis of. Like calling Israelis, Nazi Zionists.
Any perusal through any history will reveal that the Nazi
extermination of the Jews cannot be compared with the Israeli-Arab
conflict in the West Bank/Gaza, (Hamas-Gaza and Fatahland). First of
all there are no mass killings. I could go on. They try to paint
Jews/Israelis as evil with total fabrications and false accusations.
Distortion and exaggeration are the most handy tools of neo nazi
posters. They try to make the 1 billion Arabs into
underdogs. They attempt to paint all Israelis in the colors of
Religious zionists. They use very inaccurate terms like Apartied and
Racism. This is NOT a racist struggle. Its a religious/political one.
By saying "racist" they attempt to deceive the liberals and left
wingers who I call boo hoos. I think there is nothing wrong with
liberalism or anything left wing, but when they are fooled by Arab
racist hatemongers they become tools for them. Israelis are a product
of many races. Unlike the Arabs the program is to treat everyone
equally. Palestinian Arabs are separated from the rest since they
have been supporting violence against Israelis/Jews since 1920. They
pretty much have created their ghetto of intolerance and hate.
The last was, the 2nd intifada, was only stopped by a wall being
built around them. There was no peace treaty. Just a wall.
